Terms Of Accommodation


Night peace, noise reduction

The apartment is located in a very quiet area. Strict compliance with the night-time quiet conditions (parties and loud music are forbidden). In case of non-compliance, a fee will be charged from the refundable security deposit.


Damage to the apartment equipment

Destruction and damage to the apartment equipment is prohibited. In case of damage to the apartment or its equipment, a charge will be made from the refundable deposit. If the amount paid exceeds the refundable deposit limit, the difference will be charged.


Number of persons staying

The apartment is designed for comfortable accommodation of 2 - 4 people. Three adults or two adults and two children. The third and fourth person sleep on a sofa bed.


Length of stay

Minimum stay 7 nights.


Pets

Pets are not allowed.


Check in, check out

Check-in: from 3 p.m., check-out: until 11 a.m.


Refundable deposit

The refundable security deposit is EUR 150 and is payable upon handover of the apartment on arrival or by bank transfer by crediting the account the day before arrival. It will be refunded after the end of the stay and after checking the condition of the apartment.


Order and booking of accommodation

Accommodation can be booked electronically via the booking form on our website.

The reservation becomes valid upon payment of the relevant amount paid no later than the payment due date indicated on the advance payment request or as agreed with the accommodation provider.


Accommodation price

The price of accommodation is determined by the price list available on our website. The price includes water, energy, wifi and local charges per person per day as well as all taxes and charges, internet, toiletries, welcome drink (wine and water). Payment of accommodation and refundable deposit are required in advance. The deposit will be sent back immediately after check out and apartment inspection.


Final cleaning

The final cleaning is included in the price.


Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation by the client more than 42 days before the scheduled arrival, the accommodation provider agrees not to charge the client any cancellation fee.

In case of cancellation 42 - 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the stay will be charged.

Cancellations made 13 - 1 days prior to arrival or on the day of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the stay.

In all cases a cleaning fee will be refunded.



Start and end of accommodation

  • Only persons who present a valid ID (ID card, passport) with a copy of the document sent by email when paying for the accommodation can be accommodated. The identification data from the ID document will be entered by the operator in the guest book.
  • The accommodation provider reserves the right not to accommodate unregistered persons, including children.
  • Pets cannot be accommodated.
  • If the guest does not check in on the agreed date, the right to the agreed accommodation will expire without refund.
  • The accommodation is to be used only for the period of time agreed in advance between the accommodation provider and the guest.
  • Arrival is possible on the first day of the stay between 15:00 - 23:00, on the last day of the stay the guest is obliged to vacate the room by 11:00 (after mutual agreement it is possible to adjust the time of arrival and departure). If the check-out time is not met, the accommodation provider is entitled to charge the price for the next day of accommodation.


Accommodation rules

  • The guest has the right to use the apartment, the shared pool and the sun loungers by the pool.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
  • Visits by non-residents are only possible with the consent of the accommodation provider.
  • From 22:00 to 08:00 the guest is obliged to respect the night-time quiet.
  • When leaving the apartment, guests are obliged to turn off appliances, close windows and make sure water taps are closed. 
  • The guest is obliged to close the apartment door after leaving the apartment and make sure that the door is actually closed. 
  • Never leave the keys in the lock inside the apartment when leaving. The apartment has a security door, you would not be able to get in again. Unlocking and changing the lock will be covered by the refundable deposit.
  • In case of damage, the guest is obliged to compensate for the damage.
  • The landlord is not liable to the guest for damages not caused by the guest.
  • The guest is obliged to comply with all the rules of accommodation. In the event that these rules are violated, the accommodation provider has the right to terminate the accommodation services immediately without the accommodation provider being entitled to a refund of the accommodation fees.
  • The guest is fully responsible for minors staying with him/her.
  • Please leave the keys on the coat rack by the door when you leave the property.


Apartment entrance

Three days prior to arrival you will receive check-in information by email.


Internet

Speed Internet access is included in the rental price.


Parking 

If you have a rental car during your stay, you can park it on Calle Timanfaya or Calle Tenerife. The apartment does not have its own parking place.
